Trailer MOKA laying cables version

A very rare example of the MOKA two-wheeleded trailer, designed for laying telephone cables. Originally it was a part of complete telephone exchange assemblies and their equipment.
A reel with a cable must be placed above the axles’ axis; the first man of the 2-member crew sits above the shaft and controls the cable winding and unwinding. In the meantime, the second man sits in the rear part and controls the cable is correct placed on the ground.
